Professional focus

Business analysis for financial infrastructure and applied AI.

I work where complex rules, operational knowledge and technology must become clear decisions, practical requirements and useful systems.

Financial infrastructure and corporate actions

My professional work is grounded in banking operations, corporate actions and the infrastructure through which financial institutions exchange information. I am particularly interested in fixed income securities processing, financial messaging standards and the dependencies between market rules, internal systems and operational teams. This work requires more than documenting a process. It requires understanding where information originates, how it changes between systems, which interpretations affect an outcome and what people need when an ordinary case becomes an exception.

Business analysis and organisational change

I approach business analysis as a discipline of interpretation and construction. A good requirement connects a real obligation or user need to a change that can be designed, implemented and tested. My background in business administration, organisational theory, advisory work and academic coordination helps me examine both formal structures and actual behaviour. I look for the knowledge held by experienced operators, the incentives that shape adoption and the hidden workarounds that often reveal where a process needs attention.

Applied artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence shortens the distance between understanding a problem and testing a possible solution. I use AI to investigate unfamiliar material, organise complex knowledge and build working digital resources. My independent projects cover financial crime data architecture, Europe’s transition to T+1 settlement and implementation of the EU Instant Payments Regulation. Each project combines subject research, information design and practical development. The objective is not an impressive demonstration, but a resource that helps someone understand the subject and act on it.

Across these fields, my contribution is consistent: study the detail, identify the consequential distinction and turn the result into something others can inspect and use. I am interested in roles and collaborations involving financial technology, market infrastructure, product development, process improvement and responsible applications of AI.
